Glenford Joseph, DM, MBA is a qualified Human Resource Management Professional and Certified Coach with over twenty-five (25) year’s executive management experience having worked as Vice President, General Manager and Board Chair with a number of public and private sector organizations/ institutions, including the oil and gas/energy sector.

Dr Joseph our Chief Executive Officer and Principal consultant, comes with a wealth of experience having worked at a national level in Trinidad and Tobago and within the Caribbean region. His expertise includes strategic manpower/human resource planning and development in the public and private sectors, process re-engineering, performance management and needs assessment, policy development and implementation, job evaluation, incentive programmes and other core employee services.
